Terms & Conditions of Service

Welcome to KHAYANGAN Reflexology & Salon, a place of relaxation and wellness for everyone.
For safety, comfort, and shared service quality, every guest is required to read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions before using our services:

1. Family Service Concept

KHAYANGAN applies a family service concept.
In general:

  • Male therapists serve male guests

  • Female therapists serve female guests

Any indecent acts, whether physical or verbal, are not permitted on our premises.

Special Provisions for Child Guests

Child guests under 10 (ten) years old or with a height below 140 cm are subject to the following provisions:

  • Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while in the KHAYANGAN premises, including both public areas and treatment rooms.

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for the accuracy of the child’s health information. Any health risks that may arise, including but not limited to bodily reactions, injuries, allergies, or other impacts caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or undisclosed health conditions, shall be the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for the child’s behavior, safety, and comfort while in the KHAYANGAN premises, including children who are only accompanying and not receiving services.

  • Certain types of services, techniques, rooms, or durations may not be recommended for children. Our staff reserves the right to recommend, limit, adjust, or refuse services deemed unsuitable for the child’s age, condition, or comfort.

  • In order to maintain shared comfort and safety, KHAYANGAN reserves the right to discontinue services at any time (whether for the parent and/or child) if the child displays uncooperative behavior, prolonged discomfort, continuous crying, or disrupts the therapy process or the comfort of other guests or staff. In such cases, services that have already been provided will still be charged according to the duration used, without refund.

2. Health Conditions

Guests with certain medical histories or health conditions (including but not limited to: hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, asthma or breathing difficulties, epilepsy, varicose veins, acute GERD, pregnancy < 3 months, post-surgery < 1 year, body implants, bone fractures/cracks, and other chronic illnesses) are required to consult a doctor/healthcare facility in advance and inform our staff before the therapy begins.

Therapy is not recommended for these conditions. KHAYANGAN is not responsible for any risks that may arise.

3. Conditions That Must Be Disclosed

Please inform us if you have conditions such as sprains, rheumatism, spinal disorders, fever, flu/cough, skin diseases, open wounds, head lice, or other similar relevant conditions. Management reserves the right to adjust, refuse, or discontinue services for safety reasons.

Guests with a mild cough or cold are required to wear a mask throughout the treatment, and the service will be done in a private room (subject to availability) so that other guests' comfort is not disturbed. For a severe cough or cold, or if accompanied by fever, we do not recommend undergoing treatment and suggest rescheduling once the condition has improved.

Specifically for salon services and treatments involving products (oils, lotions, masks, hair dye, smoothing products, and other chemical substances), guests are required to disclose any history of allergies or skin sensitivity before the service begins. For certain hair coloring or chemical hair services, guests may request a trial on a small area (patch test) beforehand.

Salon service results, including color, texture, and durability of results, may vary depending on each guest's hair and skin condition, and do not constitute a guarantee of any particular outcome.

4. Pressure Adjustment & Therapist

Guests are entitled to request pressure adjustments during therapy.

  • If within the first 15 minutes the guest feels unsuitable, the service may be changed to another therapist or canceled at no charge.

  • After the first 15 minutes, guests may communicate complaints or adjustment requests directly to the therapist, and the service is considered accepted.

  • Requests for additional duration (service extension) while the service is in progress may be accommodated subject to the availability of therapists and rooms, and will be charged according to the applicable rates.

5. Reservation and Lateness

  • Reservations are considered valid after being confirmed by KHAYANGAN. Reservations are only valid if made through KHAYANGAN's official channels (official WhatsApp number, official telephone, or directly on-site). KHAYANGAN is not responsible for any reservations, payments, or transactions made outside the official channels or through parties acting in the name of KHAYANGAN without authorization.

  • For certain times or services, KHAYANGAN may apply a deposit as reservation confirmation. The deposit will be counted as part of the total payment. If a reservation is canceled, the guest arrives more than 15 minutes late, or there is a no-show, the deposit will be considered forfeited.

  • Reschedule (Schedule Change) may be made under the following conditions:

    1. Reschedule maximum D-1 (for group more than 3 person) or maximum 2 hours before the treatment start time

    2. Last-minute reschedule may result in the reservation being considered canceled and the slot may be allocated to another guest.

    3. Rescheduling is limited to a maximum of one (1) time, and KHAYANGAN does not guarantee the availability of the requested replacement slot.

  • Requests for specific time / therapist / room will be accommodated subject to availability.

  • Maximum lateness tolerance is 15 minutes, beyond which the reservation may be considered canceled

  • Service duration cannot be extended due to guest lateness, and if the therapy is still carried out, the service duration will be adjusted based on the original reservation time.

  • Last-minute cancellation or no-show may result in reservation cancellation.

  • The last reservation is served no later than 80 (eighty) minutes before closing time, or adjusted according to the duration of the selected service.

  • KHAYANGAN reserves the right to adjust schedules for operational smoothness.

6. Personal Belongings

All personal belongings, including but not limited to jewelry, watches, mobile phones, cash, cards, documents, and other valuables, are the sole responsibility of each guest.

Such assistance is temporary service assistance only and shall not be considered as safekeeping, storage, or a transfer of responsibility for the guest’s personal belongings to KHAYANGAN.

Guests remain responsible for safeguarding, monitoring, retrieving, and checking their personal belongings before leaving KHAYANGAN premises. Any risks related to belongings that are brought, worn, self-stored, placed in lockers, or assisted in placement by staff upon the guest’s request remain the responsibility of each guest.

8. Security & CCTV

For mutual safety, KHAYANGAN installs surveillance cameras (CCTV) in public areas, including but not limited to the reception area, salon, hallways, waiting areas, and several other areas.

KHAYANGAN does NOT install CCTV in therapy/massage rooms, changing rooms, toilets, or other private areas, in order to protect guest privacy.

CCTV recordings are used solely for security and internal investigation purposes, and may not be requested by any party without a clear legal status and an official letter from law enforcement authorities. Recordings may be submitted to authorized parties when required in accordance with applicable laws.

KHAYANGAN does not guarantee that all CCTV cameras operate fully at all times. Technical malfunctions, power outages, network disruptions, maintenance, or limitations in camera angle/coverage may result in recordings being unavailable, incomplete, or inaccessible at certain times. KHAYANGAN shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or incident not captured due to such conditions.

To maintain safety and service quality, and to ensure that treatments are performed in accordance with KHAYANGAN’s standards and SOPs, authorized staff or management may conduct periodic or occasional checks and supervision. In treatment rooms that use curtains, such checks will, whenever possible, be conducted from outside the curtain by observing the treatment process without opening the curtain or interfering with the guest’s privacy, unless further inspection is necessary for safety reasons, emergencies, or suspected violations of SOPs.
